En intégrant notre équipe marketing, sous la direction de notre responsable produit, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la gestion des réseaux sociaux et l'interaction avec notre communauté en ligne. Vos missions consisteront à élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour engager et fidéliser notre communauté sur diverses plateformes telles que Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, et bien d'autres. Vous serez également chargé de surveiller et d'analyser les tendances, les conversations et les commentaires afin d'améliorer l'image de notre marque et d'accroître l'engagement de notre communauté.
What is your role?
- Manage the company's social media accounts and engage with the online community.
- Develop and execute content strategies to increase engagement and interaction on social platforms.
- Monitor and analyze online trends and conversations to inform the company's strategic decisions.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Respond to user comments and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and social initiatives.
Compétences requises
- Previous experience in a similar role or in digital marketing.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Good understanding of trends and features of major social media platforms.
- Creativity and ability to think innovatively to create engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of social media analysis tools and campaign management.
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
