Community Manager

In joining our marketing team, under the direction of our product manager, you will play a crucial role in managing social media and interacting with our online community. Your tasks will include developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain our community across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and many others. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing trends, conversations, and comments to improve our brand image and increase community engagement.

What is your role?

Manage the company's social media accounts and engage with the online community.
Develop and execute content strategies to increase engagement and interaction on social platforms.
Monitor and analyze online trends and conversations to inform the company's strategic decisions.
Create engaging and relevant content for various social media channels.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Respond to user comments and questions in a timely and professional manner.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and social initiatives.

Required skills

Previous experience in a similar role or in digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of trends and features of major social media platforms.
Creativity and ability to think innovatively to create engaging content.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of social media analysis tools and campaign management.
Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
